Each service has been refined over seven years of Kitale-based delivery.
Scheduled on-site visits for assessment, technical support, installation, and follow-through. Clients choose a time slot, receive written confirmation, and are called if any change occurs. Follow-up visits are included within 14 days for work under our standard scope.
Sourcing and delivery of quality goods to residential and commercial addresses across Kitale and surrounding Trans-Nzoia areas. Products are inspected before dispatch, delivered with documentation, and — for eligible categories — installed on the same visit.

We offer a 14-day return visit at no additional charge for any work that falls within our standard service scope. You contact the same staff member, describe the issue, and we schedule a follow-up — usually within 48 hours.
All quotes are fixed once agreed and signed. We do not renegotiate upward after work begins. If the scope changes because of something discovered on-site, we pause, explain the change, and issue a revised quote before proceeding.
