Sparkoterra is a locally registered business based on Moi Avenue in Kitale, serving residential and commercial clients across Trans-Nzoia County since 2017. We employ eight full-time staff, all of whom are based in Kitale and familiar with the practical realities of working in this region. Our core work covers three areas: professional service appointments, product procurement and delivery, and structured client support. We are not a large agency, and we do not operate like one. Every client engagement is handled by a named team member who remains the point of contact from initial enquiry to final completion. Over seven years, we have completed more than 1,200 engagements — roughly 170 per year — and our client return rate has remained above 78 percent for three consecutive years. That figure matters to us more than any marketing statistic because it reflects the actual experience of real Kitale residents and businesses who chose to return.

Every engagement at Sparkoterra follows the same structure: a written brief, a transparent quote, a confirmed appointment, and a follow-up check within 14 days of completion. We do not begin work until the quote is agreed in writing, and we do not sub-contract to third parties without disclosing this to the client beforehand. The team meets every Monday morning to review the week's schedule, flag any supply constraints, and ensure no appointment is double-booked or under-resourced. We work in an environment we describe as azure-trust — calm, precise, and without unnecessary pressure. There are real limits to what Sparkoterra does: we do not offer emergency out-of-hours call-outs, we do not take on projects that require specialist licensing we do not hold, and we do not guarantee outcomes that depend on third-party factors such as supplier lead times or local authority approvals. When those situations arise, we say so clearly and, where possible, recommend a qualified alternative. That boundary is not a weakness — it is why the clients who work with us trust us enough to return.
